STANDARD TURNAROUND
MD to MD’s standard turnaround is 24 hours from the time we receive the dictation on our server. Each 24 hour period begins/ends at 6 PM daily, Pacific. Any dictation received after 6 PM is considered the next day’s work. Our standard turnaround service excludes weekends and holidays.
CUSTOM TURNAROUND
If our standard next business day turnaround does not fit your needs, we will work with you to develop a customized schedule, no problem.
STAT Turnaround
Typically dictation needed on an urgent basis is marked STAT by the provider at the time of dictation. We will get this back to you within two hours, guaranteed at no extra cost.
